The Wing Finance Officer’s main duty shall be to maintain an overview of Wing financial affairs by working closely with and providing assistance to the Treasurer, as needed. The Officer shall also act on behalf of the Treasurer when the Treasurer is unavailable, as, for example, presenting financial statements to a general meeting when the Treasurer is unable to attend. The Finance Committee shall review all correspondence requesting financial donations and shall make a recommendation to the executive on the amount of donation or to deny the request. Requests that are approved by the executive will be presented at the next General Meeting.
